Hi guys,

Just wanted to show you this CUSTOM SCENARIO game where the guy gives himself the best territory (worth 10000 armies) and gives his opponent the crappy other territory worth only 20 armies. I know it is custom scenario and that such games can have some crap elements like that, but I feel a lot of unaware players could get caught thinking this is a lottery when it is not.

What annoys me is that Conte Rovellone CLAIMS in the PUBLIC CHAT that it is a lottery when it is clearly not.

But it won't be effective; as what he does isn't against rules or cheating.

Ye I think like L said, it is not against the rules in theory, so I can't report him. I just want to warn players to not join his rigged games.

This is not the same. Everyone can win that game you posted justinian. In the game I posted, Conte will 100% of the time get the best territory.

Only way to make sure you don't lose to such guys is to first check the settings thoroughly.

PS. There appers to be a wiki-troll on the loose too.

It should be reasonably clear how to win. If the winning strategy is well hidden, you should not explain it in the game description.
