My capital would probably be Switzerland. It's non-threatening and I would pray that Europe doesn't completely fall apart.

Second would be Serbia since they have the most guns per capita.

And third would be Australia. Reason mostly being is it is an island and hopefully whatever caused the destruction of the U.S. would be brought to light and countered should anyone think Australia needed to be next.

Great spot in the key location of global landmasses, perfect for world domination

Probably quite easy to get a foothold for my armies there
Japan:
Because i need a third

Australia
Isolated but yet very strong economy.

New Zealand
Neighbour of Australia to secure the local waters.

Japan
Strong developed country in the Pacific.

Capitol: Iceland - it's relatively close to where I live and it's the most peaceful country as of this year.

Russia - they have the dead hand which might still be in operation. Due to how the dead hand works, the dead hand would prevent an attack on Russia as the whole world would be f**ked if anyone attacked Russia.

Japan - its joint 10th most peaceful county and Japan is good with technology.

What about Bhutan?-It´s way more isolated than Switzerland or Nepal. I would rather choose
Liechtenstein and Bhutan. Add Tibet and you will be perfectly be isolated.

Knight, Napoleon is overrated. I got one phrase for ya: Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth.

Germany. Technology is great. Efficient stereotypical but often-seen cultural mindset. Historically having done well against odds. Economic and technological hub of existing EU. Shits out tanks when no one's looking. Assumed multiple friendlies by default.

Japan. Technology is great. Island nation. Geographically close to China. Alliance with China secures hold on Ocean surrounding the area.

China. Large mass of land. A lot of the land sucks to travel through. Large population. Mass production through the roof. Get North Korea by default (or at least don't have to put up with its crap). Russia may be docile as a result. Big economy. Could finally get some more arable land due to chaos.

Capitol: Beijing. Capitol goes where the most people are. It's also in between Germany and Japan.
