Could the unnamed diplo branch be called the Order of the Pen?

uh oh, I just saw that Robin Hood is part of FCC.

I'm not just a part of it, I help run it. If you wanted to join, you would have to get past me (and the other leaders, who despise you just as much). So you would never stand a chance at getting in anyway.

I don't want to join it now anyways.

Wow, talk about the fox and the grapes.

I'm genuinely curious why these threads are still being made. Has there ever been a successful one?

But beside the general premise of these threads, just a couple of pointers to the new FCC management:

1. Look presentable
What I mean by this is that I have a hard time interpreting the original post because it's frankly formatted poorly, and not even complete. Keep in mind, I speak English as a native language, and can't imagine someone with poor English's difficulty reading this. Proofread your posts, format correctly, use correct grammar, so on and so forth.

More importantly, you want to know what your clan's about before advertising it. I'm able to guess that the Sword Order is strategic and the other is for diplo, but how are people supposed to work that out other than pure guesswork?

2. Know where to recruit
If someone's at a stage in WL where they're browsing the forum, they tend to be either in a clan, or not interested in joining one. You'll find a lot more people to build a foundation of a clan in the actual game itself, as opposed to the periphery of it.

You'll also want to be proactive. Create games, look for viable recruits in existing games, send PMs, and scout out potentials from the demographics you want (looking for mapmakers? Check what maps have recently be made. Looking for strat players? Check the ladders)

3. Don't expect every recruit to be a success
From the looks of it, you want recruits to instantly dive into your Discord upon joining the clan, leaving little time to get acquainted with them in the game itself. See the site as a filter where you can weed out the inactives, toxic players, and ones that lack interest. At this point, CORP likely has hundreds of past players, just based on really proactive recruiting, and then over time, weeding out the ones that don't integrate. I'm sure clans can be built in different ways than this, but don't expect every recruit to be the one you're looking for, or you'll see slow growth.

Hope this helps, but beyond this there are a number of other posts that help with clan management. Off the top of my head I can think of this one:

Looking forward to seeing the FCC as successful as it was under Aura!

I agree on the criticism about the English grammar, which is pretty horrible considering the fact that Mudkip is from America.
