I never really thought about it, but I just assume everyone who plays this game is male. It rarely crosses my mind that females play this game. I'm sure there are a few. Of course this has nothing to do with "Sexism", it's just a factual assumption: few women play WarLight; it is reasonable therefore to assume male by default.

Your request will probably not be fulfilled because straight up asking for a female partner is a bit of a turn off.. you want them solely on the basis of their sex. They will probably find that a bit.. insulting, and un-meritocratic. But a lot of girls do advertise their sex for attention. Someone who fits that archetype will probably respond to your request, but it goes without saying that attention whores on online games aren't skilled players.

If a girl finds being called a girl insulting I don't want them as a partner.
