Mental, armor is definitively without an u, get a dictionary! I saw two errors in your post above!

Moros, lots of words are have a "-our" instead of "-or". Armour (armor) is one of them.

British vs American spelling Moros.
Back on topic, I remembered playing with an Ace Windu on Conquerclub about 4 or 5 years ago so I just decided to use that.
Yeah I stole my name, what're you gonna do about it?!

Uglúk was the leader of the Uruk-hai that captured Merry and Pippin at Amon Hen. He was one of the largest and strongest of the Uruk-hai and was a fierce fighter, managing to dismount Éomer and nearly kill him.
Many moons ago I tried to use his name online, obviously it was taken. I played with the letters until I got, ugilick. I've used it ever since. Only one person has ever figured out where it came from.

One of my favorite series by my favorite author. Have been listening to the books on tape during my commute and it seemed like a fitting title.

Well, if Britains spell it with an u, then I go with that, I like British English more than American/Australian English.
Oh, and to stay on topic: I named myself after the Greek god of doom, but I wanted to make me named after the god of victory, since that fits better. But since the Greek god of victory is Niké, I thought many people would think I chose it just because of the shoes, and I don't like Nike's shoes :)

This is an unusual IGN for me, but I am a socialist sympathizer of sorts (but not a socialist, nor a communist). It also looks pretty cool when "thecommunist," with red territories, takes over the real-world Eastern Bloc.

lol @x :D Please, elaborate.
@TheCommunist: Damn you! In Europe challenge I intentionally attacked Russians to push them out of Poland and take revenge :]
My nickname was given by my friends in new school - when they heard my last name they thought it sounded similar to 'harfa' (polish for 'harp'). I spell it with 'c' (pronunciation stays the same) because my last name starts with 'ch' and because it's actually an orthographic error and thus it's much more distinctive. At first I didn't like it of course, but it got stuck and I've been using it everywhere for 15 years now :) Actually, more people call me by that name in real life than by my first name (not to mention on the internet).

Red, again, the thread for long stories..
Noob, back when I played CS, my nick turned out to be 'JewishNazi' since I am german, and love contradictions... many of my friends still joke about it..
and on UT3, I went through many nicks, starting with this one, then going to 'Anotherbot' then to 'ANooberBot' mainly cause I am a semi-noob at FPS's and dislike the pressure of being thought of as a vet, and like the idea of emulating a bot.. \*which on occassion I went through great pains to act and react exactly according to how the bots had, at the time*

Back when I was just a lil' scrub and the internet wasn't for mere mortals, I used to call BBSs, which were kind of a proto-internet but you used your phone to dial in and if someone was already online then you'd get a busy signal.
I ended up logging into this Christian BBS to get involved in some theological debates (I'm agnostic) and I wanted a name that had overtones of menace and condescension. Devilnis just came to me randomly and for some reason the handle stuck and I've been using it ever since. Menacing because it's got "DEVIL" (rawr) in it, and condescending because it is like an old-school noble's name, as if I was the Marquis de Vilnis. It has the benefit of always being available hehehe so I'm cool with it.

I played a character named Kleyton elsewhere, who enjoyed burning cats and typing illegibly.
The 'Manning' bit was a pun by The Impaller, who was part of the group of friends who dragged me to this site.
So I am now Kleyton Manning, and Guy Mannington is my wide receiver.
