So earlier this week I started to make my first map, and following the instructions on the wiki I tried to download the inkscape plugin to automatically assign territory ID's. However, the dropbox link(s) in the wiki told me that the file has either been moved or made private. Either way, I can't access it. does anyone know if it A.) Exists somewhere else so that I can get to it, or B.) Know of a way to still get it from the dropbox link?
