Then an asshole called Dogjaw (http://warlight.net/Profile?p=8419357112) booted me just as I could not commit (it's not the point of this post, but let's just let everyone knows he is an asshole!).

So, okay I didn't pay so I should not complain, but someone took the time to code that shitty script to annoy people who use adblock and it is annoying me just as much!

Dear Warlight team, I suggest you should either delete that script or make sure it works properly... Please don't be like EA... Nobody wants to be that guy... Just ask nicely to deactivate adblock...

John, The ads only pop up when you have committed your orders. Fizzer designed it like this so that the thing you just described never happens. Either you are mistaken or there is a bug of some sort.

I know it's not a big deal and it's the first and probably last time it happens to me. (I think I had the chat open for the record)

It's just one of these cases when the developer add a security to ensure its revenues (fair enough) and the honest users (I may not have paid directly but I displayed quite a lot of ad so I indirectly produced some revenues) are bothered by it (and this is not nice!).

However, I see you're level 43 so you're not blocking ads. I agree the countdown doesn't make sense in this case. I'm going to change it so it only does the countdown for people who block 100% of ads, and it will let players close it immediately on the first block. It's possible you just had an internet hiccup that prevented the ad from being delivered (points already aren't reduced in this case as well - it takes 5-15 ad blocks before points reduce).

yes thank you fizzer... now if there was only a way to turn off adblock for only warlight... because i don't have the AB logo on my screen... it is on the other computers in my house... :/

I don't have an adblocker but my antivirus (kaspersky) blocks some ads that it deems harmful. I don't really mind though but what I don't like is that at least once everyday I have an invisible Mark Weldon ad at the bottom of my screen and when I click there it directs me to the Mark Weldon website.

is there anyway to contact AD-block and manually white list WL?
