It's about the Real-life Europe map. I can't *really* think of it as a bug, but it was really annoying to discover. I quote the map itself: 'There are 14 strategic points on the map. Each 2 of them give 1 army'. Well, guess how the author did that work: ...Every combination of each one of the strategic points give one army.

I created a practice FFA game for 6 players, full distribution with 14 starting points. I faced 5 players from the start of the game. Starting with 77 armies per turn (72 for bonuses). Guess who won.

I don't know If it was intended by the author or not, but I find REALLY hard to imagine how a rebel army which controls Gibraltar, Istambul, Suez, the Eurotunnel and dont-know-what-else can defeat so easily 5 well organized armies -one of them had all Germany, for example-. For me, the map just lost a lot.

hmm. that doesn't add up right...
if my math is correct, 14 strategic points, with 1 pt bonuses with each pair combined, would come closer to 91 pts in bonuses...

Yes, my math told me something like that while I was in the bathroom. You can't expect to get all the territories you want when the other players are going to start with 75 total territories.
