The amount of open games for a non-member was reduced from 3 to 1 due to people creating many lottery games. For members, it was reduced from 5 to 3 (I think).

Just get rid of that level thing. Or make level 50 the last one.
Now there are many players only gaining points, not really playing the game.
Level 50 players can be really good, or just really bad but got there with lottery games.
