Using [this information](http://warlight.net/Forum/Thread.aspx?ThreadID=3141) provided by Fizzer on how the AI works, I am working on a game variant.
Basically, I took up his challenge, but instead of going in the direction of wasteland detection, the idea is that the AI will in fact be our tool of war.

There will be complete fog and no cards to see through it. Each player is in a team with an AI. Each player will be awarded with a reinforcement card each turn (as long as he or she captures a territory) making sure the player is getting the larger part of the reinforcements even if he doesn't have bonuses and also making sure that a small difference in income isn't that much of a problem. Lastly, you will be provided with more than enough airlifts, which means you will be able to let your AI do the work while you supply him with troops.

Is anyone interested in testing this variant?

I want to start off trying this on medium earth with 4 players. It may be a little small, but I think small is good for this game type. Booting will auto/3 days.

thing I'm afraid will happen, is the AI will start to build up watching a blockade they want to break, rather then breaking the low area's giving the player 'sight' of the location..

Alright, including me, that makes four. I made a game and invited the three of you. Let's see where this goes.

If you are talking about the problem that is plaguing zombie survival, where the AI fails to take down blockades, that only happens when the AI borders nothing but the blockades, so it's not too likely to happen.

If it does happen anyway or you were talking about something else, the obvious solution is to just airlift plenty troops to other places than where the AI is stockpiling, and he will attack from\ there the next turn...
