Hacked as in somebody broke Warlight just to mess with your stats, or hacked as in somebody bothered to steal your account just to lose with your free account instead of their own?

bazooka no need to justify your stats, it wont matter. Your skill is of no importance. And if you get elected or chosen randomly and you manage your Club poorly over a long duration, you will probably be bought out and fired out of the Club by an investor or a player performing better.
Dedication is of greater importance. We dont want a player as a manager that doesnt care about it. If you just underperform that should be no problem.

the more managers, the more decision making. the fewer, the more static it might be (lots of good players have shown interest, water down the teams a bit and managing the rosters becomes more complicated).
