I'm not sure about bonuse.

I used formula
Bonus = ((Borders outside bonus/3) + territory in bonus)/2
I add 1 in "Center" bonus as a strategic point.

Base = 5
Crossroad = 3
Center = 6

What do you say if i change it into:
Base = 4
Crossroad = 2
Center = 5

I also though about higher bonuses but without any idea.

metaltubbie i prefer Gen. one and they are not the same.
Gen perhaps adding more bonuses and the values look alright.

I would say that the center bonus gives too little as the way there is one without bonuses for several territories and the fact that it can be reached from so many places.
