I'm not going to comment on how you valued your bonuses, I'll leave that to someone else, since you've included super-bonuses. However, there are a few things you could change.
Crimea is now part of Russia.
What you've called Labrador is called Newfoundland and what you've called Newfoundland is called Labrador.
Southern Greenland doesn't look big enough to contain a 2 digit number.
The Faeroe Islands are part of Denmark, not the UK.
Denmark is spelt wrong.
Cyprus and Crete have no lines coming from them to show what territories they connect to.
Northern Ireland is spelt wrong.

I spotted all this within 3 minutes, think how much I could find if I spent a long time looking over it.

Crimea is not yet part of Russia. Russia and the Crimean government says so, but the rest of the world doesn't think so.

And there's a lot of misspelled American states as well. You should spell-check your maps.
