Both myself and a friend of mine who plays warlight have encountered many dating adverts. We believe that this is not what most warlight players are really looking for :D. If there is some way of getting this changed then we would appreciate it, as some seem to be rather family-unfriendly (e.g. 'toyboy warehouse').

As well as dating, there are also many adverts about pensions, and I don't know of any old people who play online war games! These two genres are the only two which the adverts are of, plus a couple of game adverts.

The Google ads are targeted based on what Google knows about you. This isn't something WarLight can control, and you should also not assume that everyone is seeing the same thing.

OR teeme could have opted out of googels' ad-tracking, giving him ads not related to anything he have done.

In TeeMee's defense, I get a ton of ads for online roleplay games which is something I am not at all interested in (nor have I ever been), so I don't think the [what you're searching for] = [what ads you get on warlight] correlation is as strong as some indicate.
