It isn't stuck, but rather you're hitting a point that other super-active players have hit (like Heyheuhei). You have almost 150 unexpired games, which is a lot!

The ladder algorithm tries to match you against other players somewhat evenly. That is, it doesn't want to give you 10 games against one player and 0 games against another - it tries to keep them somewhat in balance. Not perfectly balanced, but at least within a certain range.

What happens if you play too fast is you get lots of games against the other really active players, and eventually you get to a point where you've played them all, and the slower players you haven't played at all. The ladder might slow down your games in this case so that you get more variety.

As the slower players finish their games, you'll be matched with them. Then as you complete enough games against the slower players you'll start getting repeats against the faster ones again.

Interesting. Thanks for the info, I'll read up. Seems like there's enough completed games cycling through w/ players I haven't faced at all that I should be getting at least one or two right now...

Exercise patience. It's good practice for when you want to become an unannoying person.

Odd comment/advice on a thread about algorithms. But since you offered: Would I improve my patience if I squeezed a stick between my hind cheeks as long as possible? What is your record for this exercise?

I don't know, it's hard to think with all this stick squeezing. I can't imagine how you've done this your whole life. I'm impressed!
