Is this a new setting for 2v2? or was I not paying attention before?

Maybe I just lose too much and never had someone actually surrender before.

Are you trying to say that you didn't knew you that you somethimes need to accept surrender??

Hundreds of people surrender in games, you just have to find the "Accept Surrender" button next to their name in the player's list to accept it.

I thougt he was thinking of the 2v2 ladder;)

No, I was under the impression that in 2v2 Ladder Games, Surrenders were automatic, and didn't need to be accepted.

Today, I had someone surrender to me, and it needed to be accepted and I was suprised, because I thought it should have been automatic/instant.

It could just be my brain failing me but I think its the more likely that I don't have enough people surrender to me that maybe this was a first ;)

I think the option is set that way so that teams are forced to deal with each other, and nobody just bails on their teammate. The fact that the other team needs to also accept seems to be a matter of the way that "accept surrender" works in the system.
