And to finish it off, Holland isn't divided into two regions, but into provinces.
Noord = north, zuid = south.

Okay, now I suddenly see that the idiot who made that map called the Wadden islands a separate province... In fact they are divided between Noord/North Holland and Friesland/Fryslân.

That's weird. I've seen maps where Overijssel gets the Noordoostpolder assigned to it, but Steenwijkerland becoming Flevo territory? Yeah, that's odd.

Why is Switzerland part of Italy? I'd just make Switzerland a 1 bonus on its own and change Italy to 10. This doesn't make much sense. It does seem promising, though there are several big world maps out there already.

Nate , regarding romania... those teritory names are just awfull buddy. Also , bucharest is not in that part of country. Man , thats just wrong.
Change them to following: Arad-> Transylvania , Bucharest->Constanta , Slatina-Muntenia
