Then click country and wtite 3000 in bar. That way when u get to terr u wiull atatck with 3000 instead of 100 by default. just CTRL+C on 3000 and click on country and CTRL+V.... also for every country

atacc by percantage> 100% will always atacc with all your armies. 50% with 1/2 of your armies etc.
To atacc with a specific number, simply type in that number in the box.

Yeah, there's a way to do that on the app. I belive it's a simmilar approach.

Let's say i want to attack the terretory after my bordering terretory with 5. Neutrals are 2. In that case i can only attack per percentage. If i switch to "attack by number" i can only attack with 1 (because neutrals are 2). Will this number in percent be rounded and what way?

you can still type in whatever you want when you use atacc by number (this goes for non-MA games too). as for % I belive anything with 50% or more would excecute an atacc of 1 (since it rounds up), but I'm not sure. (also not sure if I understood your question correctly)

Yes sorry for my bad spelling i'm known for that ;)i mean on the phone only. There i can't type other numbers. When i attack a terretory from a bonus in the fog i can attack by number between 1-100. If i see the terretory (neutral 2) i can attack from that only with 1 (still assuming i want to attack by number)

you know what, I tested this on my phone. You're right it seems impossible to atacc with numbers on territories you don't border.. Looks like a bug to me. A work around is to just calculated the % (though this is a huge disadvantage). You should report it to Fizzer.
