i was wondering of someone could make a benelux map. im self from the benelux but i think it's to difficult to make a map. so could someone with experience make a map for who wants this either?

no i followed it for months but he quit :( i was so happy that someone tryed to make it but now he stopped, so can someone make a map ?

Tristaneke, did you ever try making a map? You say it's too difficult; how about using this as an opportunity to learn? :)

LoL, Moros already said: `I do not quit with this map, it is stalled`. He said this like a 100 times and you are still saying he quit. :p

haha actually i read it how to make a map and i thought omg that's too difficult for me so that's why i ask it : ) and indeed im whaiting a year for the Benelux map and you don't even say what you are planning to solve the problem Moros

That's because as of now the problem can't be solved.
We're waiting for a technological breakthrough that will allow for huge maps to be uploaded.

More time than learning to make the map yourself would have taken...

Tristan, if it's too difficult now, it just means you have to spend some effort to learn. Look on the bright side; Moros already showed a level of detail you shouldn't even aim for (because WL can't handle it), so that (and it being your first map of course) gives you a perfect excuse if your version looks a little more basic and less polished.
Besides, the community here is very helpful; if you have any questions, just ask them and you will usually receive an answer pretty quickly.

i don't know :S i don't have any time to make the map :( and i don't know how you can download it to warlight

Just try, I also started making maps. the first is now on public and it goes better and better but I still don`t now everything you can do with Inkscape. I`m working on a few maps that won`t be published, those are just to try different things :)

Are you getting a warning for the WL Wiki or for Youtube? Either would be weird... :s

You can either take a screenshot of (for instance) Google Maps and trace over it (hmm, that might technically be a copyright violation, and it's a lot of work), or Google for a map which is already in the right format. Try "svg map benelux" or something like that. It's not unlikely this will bring you to Wikipedia; that's good, since those files have a nice license and are likely to be of high quality (if they weren't, they would've been replaced by a higher quality version ages ago).

Domenico or Moros,you guys have more experience than, me im an noob that can't do anything, Domenico you made the map of the netherlands before and moros you're making a map of the netherlands and they are nice so maybe you guys can make a map for the people of warlight that want to play it and it would be verry pleased for the benelux inhabitans :)

Sorry, I'm right now busy with finishing off the Netherlands map.
I'm having the feeling I may have to start over with Benelux, since I doubt Fizzer will relax his limit just for me, and I think he put it there for a reason.
