Hey everyone,
I've just recently started to create a very large map and just wanted to get this out of the way so I don't screw up down the road. Some of the territories in my map have smaller territories within them; now I know you're supposed to cut a hole in the larger territory...but how exactly is that done? I'm using Inkscape so I'm sure somebody knows the answer :)

Make a copy of the smaller territory
Select a copy and the surrounding territory
Use division tool (CTRL-K)

Think that should do the trick if memory serves correctly.

Yes, anyone can make a map if they feel like it. There are tutorials on the wiki page.
