Why, praytell, would people want to join a clan where its leader wins 30% of the time and is winless in 1v1? What benefit would they gain by joining such a clan?

Italian, as I understand it the general point of clans is to create a group that can focus on improving the play of its members. In order to do so, there generally must be a strong leadership that is among the top players in the clan so as to maintain the respect and justify that leadership role.

Now be honest with yourself... do you think you have the ability to teach others and help them improve their play? Would you hold the respect of your clan members through your play?

yes i honestly think i would [coldblood] is for players who arent of top quality and would like to do better while learning with people who have there skill level i may not be the best player but i believe i have heart and in the end thats all that matters my clan is open to all good or bad
