First of all , it would be great if i tell you that i have not made this thread just to defend new clans.
This thread is created to defend every present/future/past thread which is get/got/going to be attacked by countless trolls .

Dealing with a problem is simple , solving it to make a better future just rocks the dancing floor.

i would like to give you an example :

it would be good to make this into the Treaty of WL Forums.

players could sign it, and breaches could be reported

the treaty could be (in reality) a new set of rules governing the forum.

this could backfire though, as what make this forum so good is its lack of censoring and i wouldn't like a sort of 1985 scene, where the powers that be delete anything less then perfectly conforming to the rules

Your example about what is or is not an offence makes no sense whatsoever... (And no, I don't mean your violation of trias politika by having government (instead of a judge) send someone to prison; that could just be a translation issue.)

I can't follow your distinction between "disagreeing" and "being against". It feels like you're trying to make a subtle distinction..., too subtle for you to explain in English. (If your native language happens to be Dutch, could you try to explain it again? Unfortunately I myself do not speak any other language well enough to discuss a subtle point.)
