It's realy strange for me, that in not diplo game i was forced to VTE (vote to end).
One of our teammates (not me!!!) booted 2 of 3 enemys. Just didn't want to wait. OK, I forgive, but why am I playing? To win, to get xp. That's why levels are here. But other my teammates didn't want to win. Thay wanted to VTE, but I just wanted to end game right, with winners.
(it was multy-day game, so all conversations weren't affecting game speed)
Than 1) host said, that becouse i didn't VTE, he blacklisted me; 2)enemy used swearword; 3)they declaired me PE (in normal game! And I did not attacked allys) and attacked.
Questions:
1) is it normal?
2) is it my fault?
3) what should I do?

1) Hopefully not, and I don't think it is
2) Nope, (if you were the only one who didn't VTE, I'd suggest you vote but it's fair game)
3)You clould Blacklist them, report them, post on the forum or simply not care, whatever fits you best :p

every normal Person would vote to end if half of the other Team gets booted.
so 1. yes
2. it's not your fault they got booted
and 3. vote

it would be another case if it wasn't in the beginning of a game. if all from your Team want to vote i think you should too.

What turn was the game in? If it was a low number of turns you should VTE, if the game was further in the process it was ok to keep playing.
