The Chinese have different grammatical structures than Americans. I can't think of one off the top of my head, but I can give an example later on... (I think that is called an ellipse).

Awesome, they certainly do. Not speaking Chinese well, I can't say all of them, but they have no word for "he" or "she". This causes immense amusement to me, as when one of my students is talking about a male classmate, and calls him "her".

this is game where you have a time limit in most moves and while you coordinating with teamates i dont see the importance of spelling correctly

You writing properly costs one person a few seconds. Your team mates having to decode some illegible text costs all of them time. Not to mention what happens when they misunderstand you because they decoded your writing incorrectly.
In the grand scheme of things, writing properly (and no, I don't mean flawless, but far better than you've been doing so far) actually saves time.

Actually, that's not true... While Dutch indeed doesn't place a comma before the last item in an enumeration ("a, b and c"), there are other uses of commas and in some cases a comma right before "en" is not only allowed, it's required: http://www.onzetaal.nl/taaladvies/advies/komma-voor-en (I'm reasonably sure this marks the first link to onzetaal.nl ("ourlanguage.nl") on the WL forum ;) ).
By the way, English does indeed differ here; to the best of my knowledge, a comma between the second-to-last item of an enumeration and (the "and" before) the last one is either allowed, tolerated or required (no idea which, go ask a native speaker :p ), but it's definitely not "wrong".

Nope, that's a "flattened circle". Three dots denoting an omission are called an "ellipsis" (the plural of "ellipse" is "ellipses", pronounced differently..., I think).

Nike, I cant believe you actually believe him...They are the same person and he's just making excuses so that it doesn't look like he has a multiaccount...It's just like Arun who was denying that Raptor was his multiaccount after he made the same mistake.

Whether or not he is lying about a multiple account or not is pretty much meaningless, in my opinion. Maybe makes him look stupid. However, if he is playing in the same games with both accounts, that is explicit cheating and should be punished.

At this point, it is very hard to determine if his story is true or a fabrication meant to cover his ass. It doesn't really matter WHY he is operating two accounts, what matters (at least to me) is whether or not he is using two accounts to his advantage. Things such as playing as both "players" in the same game, etc.

And did he use your account to play in games alongside his real account? If not, perfectly fine. If so, it was against the rules. Simple as that. I, for one, am not arguing about whether or not it is morally acceptable to take over someone's account when they are unable to play and either unable or unwilling to go on vacation mode. I am only pointing out that using multiple accounts in such a way that gives someone an advantage, such as playing with both of them in same game, is explicitly against the rules, and should be punished.
