Has anyone suggested a limited airlift card? There are two obvious variations:

1. A limit to the # of territories that can be traversed. For example, if the number was 2, and you were airlifting from panama on the medium earth map, you could airlift as far as siple or nigeria.

2. A limit to the number of men that could be airlifted per card.

Both could be useful to control.

It would be cool if you could allow it to pick up from multiple places (I was thinking on the way from A to B, but that seems impossible to determine).
