I haven't been her for a year and a half? Two years? Some of you probably remember me and my maps.

Well, I've just had an idea for a map.

It's how Poland would look like if polar ice caps would have melted. Well, maybe I've stretched it a bit, cause scientists calculated it would rise sea level by 72m, and I've risen it by 100m, cause obviously maps usually have 100m line, not 72m line.

If I have enough time and will find good topographic maps, I will make Europe map of this.

As always with me, you can count on high level of details and accurracy.

This idea for the whole Europe or more would be really nice.

If anyone have any of those old, actually printed maps or carthography books and could scan and mail them to me, it would be great.

Or if you have access to digital maps of good qualiy (the ones you have to pay for :( ) and would mail them to me, it would be even better.

The key is that they have to have line at 100m over the sea level.

That was the map that has inspired me.

It is set at 72m, not 100m (I want 100m because then the shift of coastline is more highlighted). And it definiely has to low resolution to make map with satisfying amount of detail.

This is the map I've used for Poland (but I don't need that much detail for Europe of course)

I'm glad you're back, your maps have inspired me. Your map (Issander's Big Fantasy map) was the first really huge good map I played (I didn't liked the USA map because it HAD some very small territories).

I hope that I can exspect more great maps from you ;)
