Hi guys!
Idfdoggy and I will be implementing public lessons on the 2v2 ladder template.
We will start with the first lesson next Tuesday (2nd of October) at 2 P.M. Italy time (GMT+1).
Given the nature of this rather unusual template, we will be choosing one of our games most likely for the game analysis. This will be a public analysis meaning that we want you to analyze the game as a group, so it won't be a one-sided lesson: you will really need to participate in the game analysis. We will then summarize and go turn by turn over the game to find material to understand the concepts better.

You can sign up here and should you have questions beforehand, please don’t hesitate to contact us in private.
The signing up process will most likely end this Wednesday (26th of September) in order to let us see in advance the average level and choose what game we will analyze.

We are doing this for two main reasons. For one, we love to help and would like to implement this idea of promoting game play on nice maps, thus bringing us to the second reason; we believe that this template is very underrated and underplayed. It is a great template, challenging but fun and it really comes down to true team play.

We also encourage even more experienced players than us to come and help out. This is completely open.

Hope to see you Tuesday:D

While I'm a bit surprised there's been no response to this thread, I think it would help us to know exactly where these lessons are scheduled to happen. Maybe you should start by having the lesson open to all instead of restricted to people who sign-up. Then, if it's popular, and therefore necessary, you can have a sign-up process.

Thank you for the suggestion!
Actually some people told me that they would like to participate to our lesson but that the schedule was bad for them, so I may do as you suggested:)

I am interested and I would have signed up earlier, except I'm not entirely sure who my new partner is going to be (I'm waiting for an answer).

You can join without a partner. The first lesson will basically include an analysis of a chosen game so no need for a partner. Needless to say, it would benefit the team to be there as a whole.

In any case, we will rethink the schedule to accommodate everyone's needs.
@JRuss: You're right. Thanks.

Mmm actually I was thinking to do as Mikkelsen gently suggested, but let's see if some more people will be intersted, I may do as I planned in my original idea...

Anyway forget about the schedule I posted...

Just tell me if you are interested or not, then I will fix with everyone who posted here a more convenient schedule.
