Why are all the capitals named "X capital"? Shouln't Ulaanbaatar be named "Mongolia Capital" then?

@Moros, Actually not, the name of the city is not "Name-of-the-region Capital", but "Name-of-the-city Capital" In these case Ulaanbaatar should be "Ulaanbaatar Capital" if you continue the same logic.

But I think it is fine as it is.

The problem is that some region capitals have the same name as some other territories, like Bulgan Capital and Bulgan [name of a territory, not the bonus]
I was thinking how to solve the problem of the same names, for now I just make a difference between a important +1 capital bonus and a normal territory.

I changed a lot of names of the territories, it seams that the picture I used for naming the territories were not creative with naming the territories ...
