Hi,

I don't think it's a good idea to create one-territory bonuses, and neither is to give them 2 points. Also, you have quite a lot of two-territory bonuses, worth two points - compare that to, for example, Blue Coast - 7 territories, 5 points.

Now, technical thing - make borders of territories belonging to different bonuses not overlap, it really improves visual quality of map. Or (if you're using Inkscape) just make them all a tiny bit smaller by using Path -> Inset (you can adjust "strength" in Fire -> Inkscape Preferences -> Steps) - other editors probably have corresponding functions.

Some territories are too small to contain the army number - most of all Margot, but also most of Lunfad and some more.

Also, you haven't created any distribution modes.

Almost forgot: it seems like you created wrapped connections totally randomly, for example Hatsiu is not connected to Ossor or West Amania Island, and I feel like it should be. Either rethink stuff to make it fit with "round" world, or decide it's flat and remove those connections.

Oh, and split Rep. of Amania. It looks weird.


And by the way, why bonus names do not contain spaces? They are allowed, and you won't have to change the ids anyway (spaces are removed when the game decides what's the appropriate "BonusLink_X" for the bonus).

(lack of edit feature sucks)

I don't think that the map is bad or anything like that - it looks entertaining, just needs some tweaks. And I'd be happy to test the map with you, just create a game and invite me to it (you have to set status of map to Testing, but you probably already know that).

Looks like there is a missed connection between kingdom perm and ossor (east). nice map though, i like how the chokepoints help determine the flow of the game -- really great for abandon cards

it's pretty fun, ideal for 6 person games imho. however, it's a little unbalanced; almost every win i've seen on it comes from the east. a lot of income over there that's really easy to defend.

I know this is pretty old, but I just wanted to thank you for making this map.

I hope you don't mind, I've taken a screenshot of the map, and shopped it into a... world map. I am now using it as the setting for my DnD campaign, and my players love it. I changed a couple of things, but essentially I used your design and most of your names. It's really great, I loved playing on it as much as I loved making up the mythology and the history.

Thanks for being awesome!
