I don't know what you mean.
Do you want the gaps between borders of different bonuses to go away? Or the gaps between borders of the same bonus (there are quite a few of those in your map)?
All I know is that warlight automatically puts all territory borders at 1 pixel, so if you change it in inkscape it wouldn't matter. So all border corrections must be done manually.
