I had to break this news about Gnuffone, so I am not the only one being outed for alts.

Qi just told me in a private chat that he is Gnuffone. He said he "used the Lion persona and added a cartoonish self-confidence" to appear to be Gnuffone. In reality, Gnuffone left WL long ago, when he made a thread to show off and instead was attacked for being a cheater.

According to Qi, "I felt WL needed a cartoonish villain. So when Gnuffone offered to sell me his account, I bought it. I have had a lot of fun as Gnuffone."

Qi: "What do you think? Look at my names. French names. Historical figures. Generals. Do you think the real Gnuffone reads history books or any type of book for that matter? I was told his Italian is no better than his English. He is an idiot savant."
