Both my team mates surrendered but fortunately the settings required me to accept. It looked like my team mates were handling our opponents so I kept at it. The other team had no bonuses so why not, whereas we at times had illy, Greece, and Italy. So I finished Italy. Finished Spain. Meanwhile my team mates kept playing, well, despite losing the Greece and Illy bonuses. He kept the other team.

One was down to his last couple territories and ran away to the UK and slowly took it.

At one point two players on each team surrendered. Then my guys un surrendered. Then it was over.

Unreal.

Elated.

Doesn't count if they never actually surrendered.

Also yes I have, if I count one of my teammates surrendering and then coming back from AI in the same turn.

It counts to me. If I accept those surrenders, I lose.

I've won several games like that on the Rise of Rome Map. Both of my teammates were booted because they took a few seconds too long after direct boot began. They couldn't return because of the settings, but they had gathered the UK and Spain bonus, but then they disappeared because there weren't any AI. I began at Illycrium. I then took macedonia as quickly as possible because I knew Partha was growing. I took macedonia in 7 turns and a large part of the northern part of Magna Asia. I met Partha at Lyncanitis with 68 troops and he only had 46. I defended and circled him without he knowing and when he noticed I was at Tigranacerta. So there he had to defend 4 territories and I only 2. I took Rhaga and broke his bonus and after that it was a breeze. But his other two mates began attacking me in the west from Gallia and Africa. By then I had Germania, and a large part of Partha and italy. Once I got partha, gallia and its super bonus they had no chance at all.
