Open the game click his name in the bottom right box, select report player.

Also to stop it happening to you in the future, click settings from the top of this screen, select the sub tab settings highlight (It's the last one on the right) select Highlight if a custom scenario is used (multi-player only) (and any other settings you want to highlight) Now when you look at settings before a game those settings different from what you consider to be standard will be highlighted in bright yellow.

Custom distribution games should only be used for abnormal, fun games such as diplomacy, Zombie, or challenge games. They should not be used to cheat to get wins and level ups (Trust me, I rigged a lottery game once and Fizzer nailed me for it by lowering my level 10 levels). This is why players should report any foul or unfair gameplay they see. But the easiest way to avoid it is to read over the settings of each game before you join it :)

lmao SAYS my brother who made a game with 300 cards 1 min game you had to use or get rid of the cards thus all got booted ,,, so b4 you moan about other players look AT your self ,,, and yes defo read the settings b4 you start the game I learnt that one ages ago
