I saw the blog posts about this but does anyone have any sort of time frame for an iphone ap ? I know Apple is a bear to work with but I am willing to try a beta version. Fizzer could make a few of us official Ap testers that way it wont be "officially released" hmm could get around a few barriers that way.
Actually when this site operated on Silverlight, I was able to use the standard site from my iphone 3 at the time. Perhaps we could get the silverlight thing running again and do an end run around apple all together.
People are already testing the beta version (sadly I don't have it). Not sure what kind of time frame he thinks on getting it out there though. I am eager to use it, but will patiently wait. This game rocks without it (and I appreciate Fizzer greatly), so it will be amazing to have that feature too.

The problem is Fizzer probably doesn't have a better answer. Unless he can give some sort of estimate on when it might be out, we are all just left waiting around. When I asked I was told to get an android device (because apple has extra restrictions, which I am sure they do).
Well, I'm not replacing my $500 iPhone and $800 iPad, so that doesn't really help.
I guess the real answer is we aren't getting anything on apple until the Android client is %100 done. Then he can deploy both to the app store or whatever. What we don't know is when will it be 'done' enough to deploy there? Obviously you can release updates, but at what point is it working enough to deploy? I don't know, never made anything like this.
I guess what I am saying is people would ask a lot less if they got some additional info.
