Europe 1600 ( http://warlight.net/SinglePlayer?PreviewMap=9427 ) is very similar to this one: http://www.paradoxian.org/eu2wiki/index.php/Map#Europe which is used in a 2002 game (Europa Universalis 2).

The only changes are merges:

238 & 239 (Scotland)
241 & 244 (England)
344 & 377 (Luxemburg)
333 & 343 (Hessen, Germany)
310 & 336 (Hannover, Germany)
359 & 479 (Greece)
252 & 308 (Sweden)

Also, 820 (Corfu) is not in Europe 1600.

The names are very often the same.

I wonder were the name Harvest came from? We Belgians call it 'Wallonia'.

What is the problem? Everyone use sources for historical maps. Nobody draws historically accurate borders just from head.

@The King:

I don't know, it was called "Brabant" in the original.

@Urfang:

The problem is that I had the same idea and that it has already been done. :(

Europe 1066 was based off the Crusader Kings 1 map and even the game developers based one of their maps of Risk.
