Would only work in the case your opponent actually is so boot happy or do you mean 1 min automatic boot ??
With larger maps where expansion is more important this will just boil down to who has the better internet connection/pc and/or mouse
While I can actually decide my moves within a few seconds, sometimes the execution just takes more time.

Just imagine you sort of make a misclick in the maps with smaller territories, would be annoying....

I have slow internet, so by the time the turn has loaded and I have watched the turn 1 minute is already gone :S

aranka, both players are supposed to be boot happy in this scenario. you can't make it autoboot because you can't make autoboot at less than 5 minutes.
@hedja, yea, my bad, i forgot that requirement
also, it would be nice if somehow boots in these games could not count in your %, or if we could just make it direct and have to surrender if you go overtime
