Is there anyway possible to decrease the SVG size or increase the limit on warlight. I have already saved as a standard SVG, and simplified the heaviest detail objects. Even after I remove the background picture it may still be to big.

I know this isn't what you asked, but I'd like to point out Greenland is only an associate territory of the EU (through Denmark's membership), it isn't actually part of it. And Iceland isn't a member at all.

Pictures are the bulk of the svg file size. Remove all pictures, save the result as a separate file, and upload that. If it works, keep working on the original file, but before uploading remove the pictures and overwrite it on your previous pictureless file.

LOL I just needed a place holder. I will figure out something better.
