Your keyboard is broken, hit it. Especially the enter key.

the rest works fine, i'm not sure if that's a good idea
btw, this is a recurrent problem, it happens often but not all the time, for example now it's working fine

you can either open the keyboard and clean the sticky something on the enter key contacts or buy a new one.

or make it a part of your online character personality i guess.

Yes it is. The keys are really easy to take off also to clean underneath them. Just google your laptop make and model and put something in about taking keys off. I think most are basically the same. Cleaning it could work, if not, the keyboard itself is easily replaceable.

all machinery has screws somewhere. but like noobschool said laptops keys usually pop out, you just have to figure out how to do it without breaking anything (google it up for your model) it's probably beer or hot chocolate gone cold or dead animal or other random sticky substances we don't really want to know how you managed to get slotted into your enter key, and it's "shortcircuiting" the contacts somehow. a nice blow and cloth wipe on he right place should do the trick. nudge nudge wink wink. sticky enter on the keyboard uh? you rascal you!

btw, why does it only happen from time to time? usually it's fine, but sometimes it goes through phases where it's like it was when i posted the first thing, or worse!
