Poland, Guiroma, and Battle Islands. I've seen two of those suggested and I'm sure Guiroma will be soon (if it has not already and I missed it). No use in having a repeat of a season we've already had. The Battle Islands template was actually made for Season 5 I believe. Better to use new settings for a seasonal.

Looks like all the good ones have already been suggested. I will personally be voting for something like China, Greece, or Treasure Island.

It would be good when Fizzer posts the poll that he include a list of past ones with short descriptions. As JSA mentioned people might vote for ones that have already been played

Someo f my templates were suggested, so I'm going to throw ina few thoughts:
- fast earth is a non-standard template, however it was made mostly for fun-factor,it has less strategic value outside of picking stage
- strategic greece was one of my first attempts at a strategic 1v1 template, though I honestly beleive I failed in that matter as the template tends to beimbalanced in many distributions
- slow earth I heavily recommend,I think it has enough recoverability for the game not to be only picking stage dependent, but enough depth so taht careful picking is also required. That was my initial try of "improving" strat 1v1, I think that at the very least it can be used to make a decent base for future modifications if someone wants a more "fun" template. Modification may include fog tweaks, introducing new cards, possibly including randomising bonus values.

It is quite telling that even very competetive players went for the more casual templates, it shows that maybe strategic settings boredom does apply to most of the community and seasonal settings shouldn't be guided by competetive standards.

In any case,I'd like to recommend Ancient Greece II ld, the template I recommended for last rt ladder change. I know ld has been frowned upon on, but that variation of Gui's 2v2 settings made for a quite interesting template, in terms of strategic decisions that is.

what do you think about china 1v1?

new map from ra (vietnam) is also quite interesting for local deployment scenarios, the airport transfers bring an interesting twist.
