I recently decided to try and make a strategic 1v1 map. For this i found a very nice old map scan. It's originally by prof. Orlando Ferguson and it's dated back to 1893. It depicts the concept of "square and stationary earth".

It would probably be already finished - if not an error that showed up after i uploaded SVG with teritorries.. some of the teritorries were surrounded by strange artifacts.. i deleted most of the terrs, and left some that have errors just to show you what the problem is..

has any mapmaker come across such gizmos? what did i do wrong? the object seem to have same parameters, and were made in the same way, as other teoritorries..
