I dont agree to call a fictional creature "alive"...

Fictional creature with blue skin...
Maybe its some kind of pokemon, but there are hundreds of anime/cartoons with blue creatures in it...
The safest thing to do is to ask if it occurs in a ongoing cartoon/anime.
