I'm in a team game against 4 other teams, but my teammate wasn't exactly the best you can imagine (didn't respond, dumb moves,...). He got booted early and I'm about to win the game. Does he get any points from my victory if he's already an AI? Otherwise I'll conquer his lands so that he's eliminated, I don't want him getting any points.

Fighting a teammate will do nothing. You can eliminate him and he still gets the points.
