Maybe it's just me, but for several days and across many games, I am noticing a much higher number of 4v2 attacks are failing. I use 16% luck, and at that setting when a territory with five units attacked one with only 2 units, victory was close to 90%.

Now it seems more like 80%.

was there a tweak I wonder?

That's what happens when things are random.

oh wait... I just figured it out. Two identical templates, one with the luck accidentally on default 75%.

4v2 is 100% on 16% luck and standard killrates...

my luck has been negative across so many games for so many days I begin to wonder if I am handicapped.

I don't imagine such a feature exists, but smoking a lot of pot makes one paranoid ;-)
