It's discussion or monolog about first move in this game. Maybe some creator or admin will see it. I don't know nothing about an algorithm of first move in this game. IT SHOULD BE CHANGED !! If you want to leave it on random lottery at least change that would players know after each turn who will get( random) 1 move in next turn -> or some dices throw for first move ? It's anoying and unfair it kills this game because it kills all predictions and thinking in this game at least in 1 vs 1. It is so sad that someone get 3-4 times first turn or in first 3-4 turns first move. Another idea is simple that players will switch with 1 move and the only gamble is about first move they will gable only who will have the first move in 1 turn -> after that players will switch with 1 move - so simple. There are many other ways of changing it but those are the easiest to implement. Pls do something with that BEST REGARDS Yoshi.

When making a game you can change "Move Order" from Random to Cycled. The only thing is that you must be a member to do that. I think it is good like this (that you have to pay for Cycled)

but hey, Warlight is a combination of skill and luck. Yeah, the first move sometimes goes against me, its annoying, but thie unpredictability is a fun part of the game, which is why i sometimes enjoy playing on 75 luck too

There are many factors in WL that are of random nature when dealing with standard games (75% luck/random move order/ weighed random round). If you feel uncomfortable with this you ll have to become a paying member and create your own games with the settings you feel comfortable with. With respect to move order: who gets the very first of all moves in a WL game sure will remain random no matter if you are a member or not. But imho that is kind of an intrinsic property in turn-based games.

you can already change the move order in the settings idiot. no need to blame your loses on 1st move just because you are noob.
