Can i play with 39 bots if i buy this pack? Single player aswell?
I know membership gets to max 20 but i wanted to know if i can play with 40 me + all bots if i buy this pack.

Yes, with a 40 player max you can play 39 AIs + you in single player. Or 38 AIs plus two humans in multi-player.
