there's a simple solution:

- before getting free coins, you have to register with your ID, passport etc. like on every serious poker or betting site
optional: - you also have to attach a bank account by a fee (let's say $1)
but then:
- you get what you paid plus the bonus free points
- you cannot withdraw those free points before you play let's say 10x their coinworth
- you can register multiple accounts on you, but will only get the free coins once. new accounts don't get them if you already have been given those.


this is basically how other sites deal with that

sirius - I'm almost completery retired of warlight.. this may however bring me back at least if i'll be good enough to be succesful on that field, most likely stuffed with top tier players..

i doubt many will move to coingames simply because of the no-luck settings.. most of us like to have at least some luck factor in the game..

few points: i read is possible send an invite and challenge a player, right? can you custom few setting (apart the fixed ones, the luck etc for legal thing) ?

will teamgames be implemente or there is some sort of legal issue?

are you sure FFA will work? i will leave here an example:
FFA 4 player. let's say me and another player try to join the same game over and over. and we try to win one time each of us. will be so eay and cheap win. This will create some sort of problem.

Though I may not play for money, I think this is a very cool update. If you dont want to play for money then dont, its as simple as that. Just like every update. If you dont want to play with LD then dont.

I hope this doesn't drive IP banning as my roommates all play (often we play together 2v2 or 3v3) and several of my work buddies all play during our lunch breaks. I even got my father into warlight over the holiday and we played together at his house.

So basically I'm boned if IP banning comes into play.

10% rake is A LOT. Poker sites usually take much less.
And the amount of coins to be played for has to be adjustable. Its not really worth to play half an hour for 10 cents.

it say 0,80$ cent. so considering the rake of 10% is 0,50€ more or less if you win ;)

If I'm not completely mistaken 10% for the bank means that you need 55.55% wins to not lose money. In poker this shouldn't be possible.

that depends who ends up playing in the end. Have the 10 best player play and I will personally give the one with 75% winratio another 100 euro out of my pocket.

agree with you, but is unlikely you will play only top. at the begginning, with the free coins, the average skill of opponnet will be low.

btw it will be released at 00.00 GMT+1 of 6th december? or 00.00 of US time?
