What's the easiest way to create a rematch?

When a game ends, there's a pop-up menu, which offers you the option for a rematch. However, it turns out that, as soon as you exit that window (to check out your game's History, for example), the option is gone. Is there a way to get back to that screen?

Also, it seems that when you create a rematch, there's no way to change any of the settings. There might be no way around that, but if there is, please let me know!

Open the game->Menu->Settings->Close to the top, where it say Template Used there's a link to the template, click it. To change the settings simply click change settings before you create the game (you will see it)
