Not to disagree with Thomas, but if you want to RP as a particular nation, then [LN] towers way above all these others. While most of the ones Thomas lists would do that as part of the larger picture, [LN] does this as their primary focus. I'm not sure who is running the show over there right now, but you may want to contact [LN] Lion or [LN] Kitkat. One is the clan owner and the other is one of the more active members.
