I was playing 7 coin games with the same dude in a row and for all of them he got the first pick on the territories and we where playing small earth and everyone knows how crucial is the starting territories on that map .

How come that idiot gets to pick the best spots all the time ?

In coin games whoever picks fastest gets first pick.

^ Something that was done to remove ALL luck in coin games.

I know whoever picks fastest gets the picks but in 2 games i picked faster and it took him 4 minutes for him to even pick as he was playing in other games too.

Easiest way to get an answer is to post links.

Also, the issue is not about speed from the start of game but from hitting the 'begin' button to show distribution.

that guy didn't click "Begin" until you commited
then he checked your time
and then he decided how fast to commit to get the 1st pick and then clicked Begin after which his timer started
technically he took less time than you

solution: if both of players pick the same territory as their first pick, just dont give it to any of them. that is all.

How would that work if both players pick exactly the same for all of their picks?

draw? statistically it is really hard to have a that kind of problem. you know this.

Not on Small Earth coin games though. Only four picks, and really only a few viable strategies
