It would be nice to see which players accepted another player's surrender

It already says so. Simply click on a players name, when you're in a game.

I've always thought it would be nice to see if there are any surrenders pending in games on the dashboard (or in the my games tab) in the same place we now see if it's our turn or unread chat.
